The Extra White, a rare purity
The VOA is proud to enlarge its collaboration with the Château Lacoste. The Bourgogne Elégance is now not only produced in 50cl, but from this point on will be available in a 75cl Extra White of rare purity: a colour which highlights the white, rosé and red wines of the domaine.
It is a domaine that ultimately has many points in common with VOA. The preservation of the environment and the terroir, for example. For this reason the vineyard is cultivated entirely according to the principles of biodynamic viticulture.
Harvesting by hand is refined, the selection of grapes from the wine and the chai consistent. The brand new chai (an underground storehouse) was designed by Jean Nouvel! The most advanced methods can also be the most respectful. A quest for excellence the VOA shares.
